Return/Exchange policy

Haute Chic Collection offers returns for exchange or store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). Items MUST be unworn and in its original state with original tags attached. All sale items, bodysuits and white clothing are considered final sale due to the nature of the items. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. After the 7th day, the item(s) are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hautechiccollection.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for a store credit/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for a store credit.

Damaged/ Defective Items 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Processing

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Once orders are placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive a store credit. After the 7th day, the item(s) are final sale.
